From the parking garage to the terminal
Our free shuttle service
Our free shuttle service brings you safely from the PSD BANK DOME parking garage to Düsseldorf Airport (Arrivals level Terminal C) and, of course, collects you from the terminal too; the travel time is 9 minutes.
All passengers with a valid reservation confirmation will be transported by our shuttle service within the specified arrival and departure times. Of course, all passengers of the last flight landing in Düsseldorf will still be picked up - no matter how late the plane lands.
The shuttle bus stop at the airport is located at the outer end of Terminal C directly at the bus terminal. Walk inside the terminal on the arrivals level to the end of Terminal C. Just before the REWE supermarket, leave the terminal and turn RIGHT. After about 30 metres you will see a large pillar where our shuttle bus stops.
Reservations made easy
Parking with QR code
Reserve your parking spot at Düsseldorf Airport easily using our website. With your email reservation confirmation, you will receive an entrance permit, including a QR code. Please use this QR code to enter the car park. Please hold it in front of the reader at the entrance. You will then receive a parking permit and you can enter the parking garage.
You can simply pay by cash or debit/credit card at the payment machines before leaving. Of course you will also receive a receipt for the amount of the parking fee.
